Shipping policy
At Lorenge Exclsve., we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. We understand how important it is to get your products in your hands promptly. Therefore, we aim to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Generally, our orders have a worldwide delivery time of 6 to 10 business days. During sales periods, additional production of products may be necessary, which can extend the delivery time by 5 days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information. This allows you to track your package and see an estimated delivery date.

Return Policy
We know you're going to love our products, but we understand that you can't be sure yet. That's why we offer you a 30-day trial period on our products. If for any reason you are not convinced by our products, you can simply request a return up to 30 days after receipt.
To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. If the product has been used and there is dissatisfaction, please contact our customer service team so we can come to an appropriate solution. This may include a refund of the amount paid or, for example, a free alternative.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us at hello@lorenge.eu. If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
If your return is accepted, you will be notified by email. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
We will charge a small fee for shipping your return.
Damages and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the problem and resolve it correctly.
Sale
During sale periods, free products may be added to your order. Please note that this happens automatically.
We offer different bundles, where the free product is automatically added to your cart.
The number of items you see in your cart is the number of items you will receive. If you change this number, for example from '2 items' to '1 item', the price remains the same and you have removed your free item from your order, which means it will not be delivered. This item also cannot be shipped to you later for free.
Do you see "+1 FREE" on your order summary, but have not received your free item? If so, please check the number of items. +1 FREE is only a variant name of the respective product, and does not relate to the quantity of items in your shopping cart.
Exchanges
